Overview of KEHUA battery manufacturing process
KELONG battery lead-acid battery is mainly composed of battery cell, battery cover, positive and negative plates, dilute sulfuric acid electrolyte, separator and accessories. The manufacturing process is as follows:
Lead manufacturing: 1# electrolytic lead with special equipment to meet the requirements of the machine made of lead powder screening by oxidation.
Grid casting: lead antimony alloy, lead calcium alloy or other alloy lead by gravity casting method to cast into the requirements of different types of plate and grid.
Plate making: lead and dilute sulfuric acid and mixed additives after the smear on the grid surface and then drying and curing is plate.
Plate formation: positive and negative plate under the action of direct current and dilute sulfuric acid by oxidation and reduction reaction to produce lead oxide, and then through the cleaning, drying is used for battery assembly of positive and negative plates.
Assembly of KELONG batteries: different models of different pieces of the plate according to the different needs of different assembly into a variety of different types of KELONG batteries.
